Tickets for individual dates of the Festival (Daily tickets Day 1 02/08 – Day 2 03/08) and the season ticket (full pass Festival 02/03 August), which includes access to both evenings, can be purchased online at the official Festival website or directly through the official retailer Dice at the link: https://link.dice.fm/, or again at the appropriate box office at the entrance on Festival days.
On-site purchase of tickets can also be made in cash.

NO, tickets are not named (each individual ticket is marked with a QR-CODE that can be activated in the Tickets section of the App starting 2 hours before doors open).

Tickets purchased outside the official channels could be counterfeit and be subject to challenge by the staff in charge of access controls to the Festival area.

No, it will not be possible to receive refund.

The festival will be divided into two parts: Art Festival and Sound Festival

The festival will be held in the city of Alcamo, Sicily.
There will be 3 different locations:

We recommend renting a car to facilitate travel and to discover the beauty of our wonderful island.

No, there are currently no shuttles to the Festival. It will be the organization’s responsibility to publicize and disseminate information about this, should a shuttle service be arranged.

There are numerous parking spaces in the vicinity of the festival area. More information can be found at info@alcartfestival.it.

You can find numerous accommodations both in the city of Alcamo and in nearby cities such as Palermo,
Castellammare del Golfo, Alcamo Marina, Trapani and San Vito lo Capo.

Alcart festival is a festival that welcomes everyone regardless of gender, language, political orientation, origin, ethnicity, religion or ideology, disability or impairment, age or sexual orientation. We reject any form of physical or verbal abuse, harassment or disrespectful behavior.

To ensure a good experience for all, we encourage you to review the rules of conduct.

In addition to personnel authorized by the organization, only spectators with valid admission tickets or full passes will be allowed to enter the Festival, and it is advisable to have personal identification with them.

Admission to the Festival is open to all.
Children under the age of 12 may enter the Festival free of charge only if accompanied by a person in charge of the child with a valid ticket.
From the age of 12 onward, children must have a regular ticket to enter the event. There are no price reductions.

Persons with disabilities who require assistance can request complimentary admission for their companions by making a special request to info@alcartfestival.it.

The gates are scheduled to open, each day, at 6 p.m., unless otherwise announced by the organization.
The gates will not close, therefore, you will be able to enter the event area at any time (by 3 a.m.), as long as minute of regular ticket not yet used during that evening.

For the Alcart Festival, both standing seats in one large parterre and seats on bleachers will be available.
As there are, therefore, no pre-assigned seats, positioning within the parterre will be free and at the discretion of the participants, both for those with full passes and for those who have purchased tickets for a single evening, without any distinction.

Unfortunately, this is not possible, sorry!
Once you have gained access within the Festival area, you will not be able to leave and re-enter during the same evening with the same ticket already used for the first access, and there is no exception.

Of course! Food & Beverage booths will be provided within the concert area at which alcoholic beverages, non-alcoholic beverages and varied foods, including vegetarian and gluten free foods, will be available for purchase.
In addition, there will be seating with attached tables for eating meals.

Yes, you can buy official merchandise during the festival.

You can pay by cash or credit/debit card.

No, it is not possible. For safety reasons, it is FORBIDDEN to bring objects into the Festival area that may cause harm to others or that may prevent others from enjoying the evening.
The security staff reserves the right to deny access to anyone found in possession of dangerous/illegal objects and to report them to the appropriate authorities.
The organization reserves the right to update the list of prohibited items according to the Ministry’s regulations for live performances.

Important Music does not stop in the face of a little rain! All concerts will adhere to the regular schedule even in case of rain and other adverse weather circumstances. Therefore, it is recommended that all participants have suitable equipment (e.g. waterproof jacket).

Yes. Health workers will be present within the Festival area and throughout the duration of the event to offer medical assistance in case of emergency.

At the end of each day, the Festival area will be checked and restored for the next day. Once the entire event is over, please contact info@alcartfestival.it to see if any lost property has been found.

Should the individual evening or the entire event simply be postponed to another date, the ticket will remain valid.
Should, unfortunately, the Festival not take place you can send an email to the DICE circuit customer service department by filling out the form at https://dice.fm/contact.

The Festival organization has the right to change the place and/or date and/or time of performances for technical-organizational reasons or force majeure (such as, but not limited to, earthquakes, riots, cloudbursts, general strikes, epidemic diseases, etc.).

The organization of the Alcart Festival has the right to cancel the event at any time due to force majeure or technical-organizational reasons. In such a case, on this website and the website of the authorized third-party ticket reseller (DICE) will be communicated all information about how to refund the ticket price.
